"I was a hot mess this morning when I drove up to get my coffee this morning! I was rushed and accidentally ordered a hot latte instead of an iced latte. They could have absolutely told me sorry about my luck, but instead kindly told me to pull around and they would correct MY mistake. When the woman brought my drink out she was so kind and understanding. It may not seem like much to some, but this kindness was everything this morning and so appreciated! I do go to this location often and this and the staff is always on top of it and pleasant!!"
