"Completely and utterly revolting. The food was mediocre, as was the service, with us having to order twice due to them giving us the wrong items. Worse, though, was the fact that an absolutely massive waterbug skittered across the wall beside us. Rather than offer reimbursement or even an apology, they instead trapped our uninvited dinner guest in a glass that I pray they at least deigned to wash before most likely using it for another customer. Overall, highly dissatisfying (and disgusting), and San Loco frankly ought to be grateful that we kept our revulsion discrete rather than loudly announcing what we'd seen and sending the other unsuspecting diners into a mass exodus."
