"This is AWESOME. We entered the facility at 9:30 and the atmosphere was pleasantly electric; yet it still felt very family-friendly. The staff was very attentive to our needs, and perhaps I would say that they were very good in terms of catering for a customer. The menu in La Jalea was totally welcoming, and the actual food served was delicious. You can taste the freshness of seafood they serve. I Myself had the Jalea, the more of a family-style appetizer it is a true crowd gift, consisting of wonderfully spiced strips of deep fried fresh corvina a large white meat fish), juicy golden fried prawns, crispy on the outside and al dente in the inner fried Calamari, and to my surprise deep fried piles of casssschels. It was made with a salsa criolla that disappeared this delicious dish as soon as she put it on your table. I will recommend this place to all my friends. I will soon be back to try that Hocharín a la huancaina, which is served with the lomo soltado gosh that sounds yummy!"
