"Beautiful NY Diner experience. Definitely not the cheapest, but do you want cheap, or do you want quality? I've never had a bad meal. The convicted cattle **** was made by scratches. The burgers... everything to the bungalow in the house. Come hungry, big portions. Place for one of the many cakes and pastries. It's great."

"I have had many a memorable meal here, so when friends were coming into town and staying near, I thought that this would be a great place. I had not been to Pound Pence in a number of years. While the ambiance was nice enough (although the music was a little loud when we first arrived , the food wasn't spectacular. The the tuna nicoise that I had was overcooked (not my requested medium rare, but, rather, medium and a little tough and overdressed. (Note to self: Ask for the dressing to be on the side. I did not ask about my friends' meals, although they didn't say anything about it either way."

"I love Napolis!! Today I got the 10 pepperoni pizza and 4 wings special with a large Coke Zero! The food here is first-rate! The staff here is always professional and super efficient! "Food tasted horrible! I have order from them in the past with no issues. Today I was delivered overcooked chicken finger that tasted like they got cooked with a plastic wrapper. When I called they said it's the new way they bread using bread crumbs now. When I told them they were overcooked I had to drive down to try and get issue fixed. Both the cashier and manager said that's how they look they now. The chicken was dark not golden brown at all. They did nothing to compensate for inconvenience but give me 6 additional fingers that are slightly lighter but still tasted the same. All in all I went home with 16 pieces of chicken finger trash, no refund, and still hungry. Almost forgot she offered me a free ranch lol what a joke. I even asked if I could get wings instead since they still make them the same according to cashier. I was told they can only replace what was ordered. Worst experience I have ever had in this establishment. Long time customer lost! I never leave reviews good or bad and the fact I am now says a lot!"

"I would have easily given this place 5 stars based on their food. However, the service and pricing were completely ridiculous. We were seated, and an older couple came in after we sat. I watched the owner point to a table without looking at them, and even though the woman said something twice he ignored her and kept walking. Not exactly a way to get return business! The look on her face said it all. After we placed our order (and the order was read back twice), the waitress brought our appetizers, but no plates to put anything on. Finally got some after asking, but then the older couple asked for a condiment, and the female owner literally snapped her fingers and pointed to the older couples table. Which the whole restaurant saw. Extremely unprofessional considering that she could have helped them, but instead went into another part of the restaurant and sat down. The waitress was the only one working and there were a handful of tables so she was super busy and definitely inexperienced. Our food came, and the waitress never cleared the table and then told us the kitchen made a mistake on my daughter's eggs. She wanted overmedium, but they were scrambled. She told us we'd have to pay extra for new eggs and the toast that she ordered. She had a complete meltdown about it, but she kept looking at the owner in a panic. That tells me he is not very business savvy and cares more about money than customers. What policy says that a customer should pay for your mistake? Also, why is your policy that if someone wants toast instead of pancakes, they have to pay $4?? I suggest taking a business class and retraining your staff unless you don't want to stay in business. I'm willing to pay for a good experience, but $100 for what we got was not worth it. Your food is good, but your lack of customer service, high prices, and business practices are certainly in need of an overhaul!"
