"We have a big sampling of Big Nick's past weekend for a family meeting. That was our first meal of BNB and it was not disappointed. I smoke a good amount of meat at home, and I cost a lot of BBQ, and this one really stacked. Ribs were fleshy, with enough smoke and not too much dry rubles. Brisket was perfectly delicate. Pulled pork was beautiful, with much burned edges to offer taste. The pages were the real surprise to get the Brisket Mac and cheese! I love it blasted the dry rub and the heat it wore. Brisket/Pimento cheese rolls were also a great surprise. Sauces: go for traditional sweetness with good Cumin/Chili undertones. Great. We'll be back!"
