"I have been going to Port Chester for many years and recently had the opportunity to visit Coyote Flaco. This restaurant has been a staple in town for years and I can confidently say it is one of the best Mexican/Ecuadorian restaurants I have ever tried. The atmosphere is traditional, with outdoor seating at picnic tables that I really enjoyed. The highlights of my meal were the chimichangas, table salsa, and a pitcher of their Jalapeño Margaritas. The service was pretty quick and efficient. Although the menu was extensive, I stuck to the classic dishes which did not disappoint. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend giving Coyote Flaco a try if you are ever in the area."
