"this restaurant should not be on open table. I have reserved for my man birthday on Saturday afternoon. we arrived 10 minutes before our reservation of 2:30 a.m. and the restaurant had a request to put it in front of the train station of the host. After we flattened one, we were told she would see if she could open one table for us. the process of host, opening a table, was to distribute controls and pay people. twenty minutes later at 2:50 we finally got a table. the server came immediately to take our orders and when we asked for a few minutes, the server told us “okay... but they must close the kitchen at 3” and then went away. my man and I decided that this was not possible to enjoy a birthday party, so we decided to go. restaurants should not accept reservations that they do not have the personal or kitchen capacity to service. we were excited to try to eat innovative foods and cocktails in the wusong road, but after the lack of customer service and failure to make good a reservation, it is clear that this restaurant has a long way to go away when it comes to refine its front of homework."
