"Absolutely the BESTHot Chocolate in Columbus! (It was so good I drank about half before I thought to snap a picture . Very goof coffee as well. Cafe Phenix isn't just an espresso shop though. They have a great selection of housemade pastries, soups, sandwiches (Get the Croque Monsieur , quiches, salads etc. Service is always warm and friendly. You're likely to catch Gary the owner most days. Wonderful conversationalist in addition to being a solid barista. Parking can be a bit of a challenge at times but you can usually find a meter even if it's a block or two down."

"First time to this location in lakeway. We came after a visit at the hospital right down the street. The best item at our table was the layered chicken enchiladas, which is the Monday special. We had some other issues but the manager on duty Thomas handled it properly, so hopefully it was just an off day. We look forward to trying this location again. Beautiful view and nice atmosphere."

The fried oysters on a chip were a highlight, as well as the tempura zucchini. We found the prices to be very reasonable for the high quality of the food. "eating and ambiente were amazing. my only complaint was our server. not very attentive. it was just me and my friend and he only held once during the whole time we were there. a large group came about halfway through our meal and it seemed like he stopped at the table five or six times during the rest of our meal. I understand that the bigger the table, the bigger the tip in the rule, but if they are in a beautiful restaurant, the guests should be treated equally."

"Very allergy conscious and friendly waiters and cooks. Eating with fun and tasteful variety, the only problem is the 45 minutes waiting for someone to pick up the check. I can say that the service was still stellar and the staff was very transparent ingredients (my allergy friends can breathe a sigh of relief) they offered a binder with all the recipes and their respective ingredients and could together have a quick and sweet breakfast for me. To be double safe what I was able to eat the baker on the hand, who prepared the food was ready to answer questions and remember his cooking process this morning. As pictured I had the dirty Chai-Scolon, ad a dirty hot chocolate, “dirty’ title side by side, the place was immaculately clean and made the music for a wonderful atmosphere. I would highly recommend this place."

"excellent in front of the house staff. mixed drinks looked very good. the food overall looked very good, it must taste good. I have “ chickens and grits”. the crack where stiff, cold and clumpy. they, where definitiw should not be prepared as the grotten. the huh looked good, but the crust was soft and had zero crunchy. it was little to not season on the chicken, but the main problem was the crust. from any reason there was an inedible, partially carburized earlylings on the pate. the side of the kartoffels was good and well seasoned. I just didn't think it was very good. so many places make incredible hues and geese. they, where not excessively busy and the front of the house seemed excellent. Maybe I caught her on a bad day."

"The Mozzarella and Ricotta calonze was absolutely amazing. It wasn't heavy or oily in the slightest, in fact in its entirety was light and airy. The cheese itself was good sublime and melts in your mouth with just the perfect level of seasoning. The marinara sauce had just the hint of sweetness to balance out the acidity in the tomato which left a very refreshing dipping sauce. This little gem is definitely a must and I look forward to sampling other things from them."

"I heard great things about their chai tea, and I must say it was very good. It tasted house brewed and wasn’t overly sweet as some I’ve tasted. I discovered this on a walk during lunch one day and decided to stop in. This is a greater corner coffee shop. The staff were friendly. I plan to return and try more of their products."
