"We have only ever ordered pizza to go from Scoirtino’s and it is the best. Last night was my birthday so my husband took me to dine in. We had no idea that reservations were required, and when we arrived (around 5:00) only 3 tables were eating and nobody was at the front. When someone began to walk up we asked if we should seat ourselves. The hostess asked if we had a reservation and when we said no he seemed irritated and began to walk to the back. We followed, thinking he was seating us — but … – show"

"We were seated at the back by the kitchen. Had to get someone to wait on our table. They kept sending different people....they totally ignored us! Brought our water out in plastic cups while serving cold water in glasses to the other guests. Had to flag down people when we needed anything. Food was good as usual but everything else left much to be desired. I had invited the guests as a celebration dinner for one of them but there was nothing here to celebrate"

"It was the worst experience I have had with any Resturant including Bella. I know it was a Saturday night. but that doesn't make an excuse for having a table for two so small you can hardly put more than one plate on it. They're just trying to squeeze as many people as they can. That was outdoor also the outdoor noise which is unbelievable to me was just as loud or louder than inside the restaurant, I've made a decision after going to Resturant for many many years when they were in Highland Park. I will not come back. We had one drink at an appetizer and I couldn't take anymore and my friend that was with me agreed we got up and we left and the other thing is while all the restaurants that have valet parking in Highwood. This is the only restaurant that charges you five bucks to park is ridiculous"

"I would not have found this Persian restaurant if it wasn't for Open Table. Not far from LAX in Lawndale, it was a surprise for great Afghanistan and other ethnic dishes; kabobs and various rice dishes were my favorite. They also have Italian dishes. They do have a lunch menu. Located in a busy corner shopping center, there is plenty of free parking. Service was very good and personal. Restaurant has been refurbished and looks welcoming. Will definitely bring business colleagues back for a good meal."

"We had a great girls night out learned how to make mozzarella, had a few drinks and alot of laughs. Looking forward to rice balls. Oh I forgot Chief Paul even fed us. It was well worth the time and money. Chief is great and staff is excellent. Good time was had by all. See you in July"

"We have been here a number of times , food never dissapointed except this time was underwhelming . Baby clam pasta was bland , broccoli was subbed for asparagus on entrees ,never mentioned .Staff was wonderful , outdoor ambiance was wonderful but unfortunately a little too pricey for lack of consistancy 20 cocktails were a surprise"

"The parmigiana chicken pasta was good but for the build your own pasta we order the arrabbiata. This was not arrabbiata sauce first they put mushrooms in it and my fiancé hates mushrooms . Then the sauce had cream in it. Traditional arrabbiata does not have cream . Sauce tasted like they tried to make vodka sauce and put franks red hot in it. Was not good . Chef needs to learn how to make arrabbiata"
