"the blue cat steak wein bar offers incredible service an intimate culinary experience! the ambiente remembers a language history of 1920. Originally, my guests I stumbled at this place on Thursday, 12/23/2021 in the hope to find a escape; but to my disappoint the online menu does not reflect exactly the restaurant menu. our waitress/bartender (maria) has notified the disappointment. the chef chef maria shaw took the time to visit our table, giving recommendations to local places that serve as entrée. the personal was remarkable; I can't talk very much about them enough, they were gracious, personal, prompt! we finally decided to immerse ourselves. I had ordered the espresso martini, kürbis ravioli, lamm – by far this was the best meal during my stay in vermont. the lamb was tastefully delicate, the pumpkin ravioli was delightful – everything was beautifully presented delicious. compliments to the chef chef (maria shaw) the waitress (maria) for the wonderful meal, handmade cocktails, an unforgettable experience! happy holidays!"
