"We have come here many times always enjoy it. There were 7 of us celebrating a birthday. My Open Table WAS VERY SPECIFIC that I wanted INDOOR SEATING. When we arrived, we were put in the basement I was not a happy camper. I am not fond of downstairs this was supposed to be a very special luncheon. We were offered outside, but it was too hot. We had no choice in the matter as it was very busy in the MAIN DINING ROOM. Don't assume your patrons want to sit away from everyone next to the bathrooms. A call should be made before you seat parties down there it's ugly, dark boring! Very heartfelt this time. We will continue to be good customers we rarely have a big group....... pl"
