"This was my first visit to Firehouse Subs and I was impressed by the interior. I ordered the Medium Meatball Parm Sub and the Cheese Steak Sub. The food was absolutely delicious, some of the best subs I've had in Florida. The only downside was the lack of enthusiasm and warmth from the staff. They seemed unprofessional and not very excited about their jobs. There were no heartfelt greetings, smiles, or thank yous. While this may not warrant deducting a star, as a customer service professional myself, I believe they need better training in order to keep customers coming back."
