"The hot n ready pepperoni pizzas are good when there hot and fresh and not over baked and when there kinda fluffy not thin. Most of the time you get good pizzas but once in awhile you don't. The wings were okay but I think they were better a few years ago and it cost a lot for the wings I think."

"Order the deep dish pizza it was clearly undercooked vegetables were cold. When I called address the situation the young man that answered the phone argued with me and said something about sticking his fingers in our food regardless of whether he did or not is very unprofessional and uncalled for. The manager was extremely nice and accommodating and happily remade my food for me and made it right."

"Omg this pizza was amazing!! cheesy garlic bread was the best!! I walked in ordered the pepperoni cheese stuffed crust pizza I was in and out probably within 8 minutes.. they were so fast and fresh.. they were waiting on me to get out my credit card and pay!! When she asked me for sauces I asked for marinara and garlic butter but she did forget garlic butter but I don't care because of pizza cheesy bread so good hot and fresh.. absolutely yummy!!"

"Takes multiple times calling to get through to place an order which even if the phone rings for 8 minutes before someone picks up, if it is 9:45 they will not take your order per company policy that by the way is not posted anywhere telling customers that. employees are rude and unorganized. Don't know what products are on the menu and what isn't. Can't tell you specials or prices.and never can you get a hot-n-ready as advertised cause they never have anything ready...even at 3:40 in the afternoon. This is a very poorly managed store with very unprofessional employees and I will not be eating from this location again. I would rather pay extra for competitive restaurants nearby"

"Walked inside and ordered my pizza at the counter. Waited in my car for 15 mins.. then back inside and waited another additional 15 minutes. This one employee started to notice that I 've been standing back inside the store while other customers are walking out. She asked me about my order and looks around then tells me they can 't find it and will place the order again. So I wait and after 60 minutes I receive my order, the cashier asks me for my recipe and tells me that the manager will take care of you , which NEVER happened. I was expecting my charge to be canceled. A few months later I stop in to talk to the manager hoping they 'd hook me up with a free pie, but the one manager said it was the other manager, so I leave my number so he can call. He never called. 2 months ago I go to corporate web sight to leave my comments and never heard from corporate. If you ever have a problem at this store and they tell you they will take care of you don 't believe them.. haha"

"Located on the south of Ohio. The drive thru was secured, so I went in. Once inside stood there for 15 minutes while they cleared the drive, still had to scream back, as no one even harassed the front counter, although it worked a girl who looked at me several times while playing on her phone. When the woman finally got into the front counter, she was more interested in how long I stood there instead of taking my order, essentially refused to take my order because I was quite upset at that time. Needless to say that really p*sued me out so that I only told her I would go somewhere else, so due to this extremely unpleasant and rude experience not only will I never spend another dollar in this place, I will never spend another dollar at any small Caesar location again, period. I understand that there is a shortage of workers, but there is no excuse for the behavior of those you find. I would save your money or order a Gino or Giovanni pizza, at least they still have good pizza and good customer service!!!"

"It's just a meal, but it falls short of what you'd expect from Little Caesars. I paid $9.13 for a hot pizza that wasn't ready when I arrived. I ended up waiting about 10 minutes for my pizza. To make the wait seem more acceptable, the girl at the front counter mentioned it would take around 20 minutes. That might have been okay if I couldn't see the kitchen while I waited. Unfortunately, I was painfully aware of the chaos among the four employees, who didn’t seem busy at all. I had to sit there for three minutes before my pizza was finally taken from the rack of completed orders and placed on the conveyor belt. The only reason I gave this review two stars is that it was the first time they actually cut the pizza into slices. If you're looking for Little Caesars, you'd be better off heading into the city; your best bet would be to try one of the other pizzerias nearby."

"On Saturday Evening, on the way home from Va. I called and placed an order for 2 Extra Most Bestest pizza's. I told them we were 20-25 minutes out. Not a problem, person taking the order was competent, and polite. When we got to the location there were probably 6 cars outside. 4 waiting in the lot, 2 at the window. Truck at window , then a car, then us. Man in the Truck raising holy hell. After 10 minutes of ranting, he parked around the building, and went inside. We could see that the 2 people there were stressed out. One of the Ladies working there came out and yelled at everyone in the lot that there would be no pizzas at this business for at least 30 minutes, if we did not like it we were free to leave. The car in front of us left. We pulled up to the window to be completely ignored for 20 minutes. Now we have been there over 30 min. I tried to call not once but 3 times. I could hear the phone ring, no one would answer it. I just wanted to know if our order was included in the statement being yelled at everyone out the back door. Two more cars left. Then we did too. We tried to sit it out but that was too much."
