"Great customer service their so nice, the man who works here is so helpful he cleaned the wet from the rain off the seats for us. He also asked someone else if they wanted something else if they didn't like their ice cream. The cashier was so nice. This place is so nice just come here!"

"this review would be 5 stars if it was only for hillary to be amazing and keep a smile on their face while this position alone will run on a Friday night. for the owner/manager of this facility, they cost 2 stars to not adequately support them. they must ensure that they are rewarded for their additional efforts. she manages the ride thru and the walk up counter of herself. as we finish our ice, we observe how it efficiently leads this place to the absolute best of its ability. she is a Jewel. owner; better. personal this place accordingly."

"You could definitely tell both containers were thawed and re-frozen. The M&M container was the worse of the two. The candy had melted towards the side of the container and had been re-frozen. We have never had a problem in the past with this Twistee-Treat in the past."

"Placed order at 2:38pm after having to repeat it about 4 or 5 times and didn?t get our order for almost 30 minutes while being the only people here. Two workers too worried about rapping/singing then prioritizing the customers their jobs. 0/10 would recommend this facility. Finally received our order at 3pm. Manager should really reconsider their employment. Highly unprofessional even for a minimum wage job."
