"Beware: make sure all of your order is in the bag before leaving the store. I poorly assumed that I was handed my entire order before driving all the way home. It was only then did I realize that I was not given all of my ice cream. I drove back to the store only to be asked How could I forget my ice cream? I advised the employee that part of my order was never handed to me. Their reply, Oh. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service... the expectations weren 't even that high; being given what I had paid for was really all I ever expected, but even that couldn 't be satisfied. It would have been nice for the employee to, at the very least, apologize for the inconvenience... but again, the customer service is highly negligent at this location."
