"I had no trouble getting a reservation at this highly rated restaurant, despite a concern due to an 8,000 person conference happening at and near the hotel. We were in a hurry and needed to be out within 1 1/2 hours. We informed the server, who assured us that the appetizers would come out quickly. However, the waitress disappeared and we had to go looking for the manager. One of us had to leave without eating. Our meals finally arrived after 1 hour and 15 minutes. They comped one meal, but I would never go back here again. The restaurant wasn't even that full and the service was terrible."
