"Customer service: The young lady with dark hair and a nose ring who served us seemed to be distracted by something more important. She rushed us to make a decision with her body language and demeanor, as if there weren't nearly 20 options to choose from. Additionally, my child has special needs and requires a little extra time to process things. I asked another young lady if she could put a lid on my food because I needed it to go; she handed me a small lid for a large bowl and mentioned that I could eat the excess from both bowls before using the lid. What? She should have at least offered to remove some food so the lid would fit properly. Ultimately, we decided not to eat there because the place was dirty. There were three employees behind the counter with only two customers, so someone could have easily cleaned the dining area. I ended up spilling my drink on the ground on the way home."
