"we decided to feed freely. we were told, however, that their terrace heaters do not work. da delphine is part of the w hotel, it is apparently the task of the hotel, the maintenance of the overhead heating of the restaurant, broken outside door locks that our host struggled to open w/ the help of the manager of the restaurant. this maintenance is missing, is badly reflected in the hotel, also in the restaurant. the only woman’s rest in the ground floor, which is in the hotel, is also a note that the W-Hotel devotes more attention to maintenance issues. in any case we sat outside as we demanded. our server, esther, was wonderful. she was friendly, professional, gave us a quick service. the other two who served us our suppe, brought our coffee dessert, were also great. other server in restaurant were also friendly and courteous. the French thorn soup was delicious. we ordered the special twin lobster of the cook. the lobster was well prepared perfectly cooked. but the sweetness that it accompanied was undercut. it would also help if it wasn't so difficult to talk during their open hours, on the phone, instead of just getting one shot. after at least six phone calls to check our outside seats, I could finally reach someone on two of the calls. someone named brandon was helpful in checking that we would sit in the open. with the convenientness of the pantage theater directly above the road, it seems that the w hotel should be any effort to attract customers to it restaurant, delphine. the personal management of the restaurant can only do so much if the hotel does not give them the support they need."
