"This has to be the worst brueggers I've ever been to. The kids working there nice enough. But they are always out of every kind of bagel people want. I just watched them tell every single person there that they didn't have the bagel they wanted and ended up spending more time waiting on people to figure out an alternative option than actually making bagels. While someone should be in back making more of everything they are somehow out of at 11am on a Sunday, 3 employees are standing around waiting for people to figure it out. They had 3 door dash drivers waiting for bagels that didn't even exist. I couldn't get the everything bagel so I got a plain since they really didn't have more than a couple options. But they put the tiniest smear of cream cheese you've ever seen. Like the guy who made it was trying to make that tub last as long as possible. The bagel tasted gross too, like a bad sock. Not enough cream cheese to cover the gross tasting bagel, and the cream cheese that was there tasted like it had been sitting out since 5am. I threw out 3/4 of it and gave half of that last 1/4 to my wife. Even the Mr Pipp tasted off. Go to another location if you really want brueggers. I'll never come back here. Plymouth and St Louis Park aren't that far away."

"The thing you'll notice first as you walk in is the look of dispair on the faces of the employees as they look at the line growing longer. The store is kept too warm and you'll find yourself sweating a bit as you wait about 10 minutes to get an order in and paid for during the breakfast rush. The layout seems off and doesn't feel at all comfortable for dining in. Food is good and coffee is fine. If you're not in a huge rush, it's worth picking up a sandwich."

"I placed an order on the app, got charged and told that there is no order for me when an employee showed up. I called the location and got put on hold for 21 minuets. I had to use a different phone to call again and ask for immediate assistance. The manager Holly told me I have to come in to get a refund and then put me on hold. I'm going to save the headache of getting a refund and contest the payment with my bank."

"I think this place is fantastic! Since reopening it has been a completely new crew, but great to see familiar faces! Ellie is the kindest and hip worker you have! (Are the kids still with the lingo? I'm coming very early and this young lady is running alone in the store! That's impressive. She is a great advantage for the Bruegger team! Watch a Monday! There are 2 girls later in the morning and it's fun to see them working and make it a pleasant experience! I'll go on if I can make it until I lose my teeth for at least 5 years!"

"Ok, honestly, I read another dude's review and I don't know much about nutrition information laws. All I can say is the bagels are great, the coffee is great, they have free wifi, and their salmon with capers bagel is incredible. Also, as an entrepreneur I can sit there for hours and work and no one ever gives me a sideways glance. Not busy enough for them to care anyways, which is what I like about the place. Quiet and good food and drink. They have outdoor seating as well, and good music. My only complaint isn't really a complaint at all. It could maybe be more comfortable, but hey, it's a bagel shop franchise. I have never had any service issues and think overall there is no reason to downgrade this place."

"I usually have a great time at this restaurant, but today I tried ordering ahead and when I arrived to pick up my order, I was informed that they had run out of plain bagels, which I can understand since it was close to closing time. They asked if I would like to try a different type of bagel, to which I agreed. I had requested for both bagels to be warmed up and for one to have cream cheese, but unfortunately when I received my order, neither bagel was warm and there was no cream cheese on the second one."

"I love their bagels and will continue to go back, but they really need to improve their online ordering system. They are consistently slow and disorganized. I always allow for an extra 10-15 minutes when ordering ahead because they often take longer than expected. One time our bagels were left on the counter instead of in the pick-up area, and we only found out after asking about our order 10 minutes later. The introduction of new coffee drinks has also slowed down the process."

"I picked up the Bakers Bundle this morning, and it wasn’t as crowded as usual, so I was in and out in no time. The Bakers Bundle is an amazing deal—13 bagels of your choice and 2 tubs of cream cheese (6.5 oz each) for just $16. The bagels are delicious, comparable to the ones I had in NYC. The service was excellent too; my savory bagels were packed separately from the sweet ones, and the cashier really helped me out by suggesting the Bakers Bundle. It was a fantastic way to start my day!"

"Nice to know I'm not alone in my bad experience. The other staff was nice to me. The manager leads the cashier, heavy set, dark hair, the same woman, about which everyone complains in this review area. This one star rating is for them. Free them and do your passionate employees and customers a favor. I will see at regular intervals whether this location takes care of enough customer service to disturb the corresponding action. If not, I am in a unique position to pass my experience directly to many of your customers. Had my advice or your business will suffer severely. UPDATE: I've been here since my last post. I think the old management has changed. They either quit or fired. The new woman manager is a short hairy, slim lady who works incredibly hard and provides impeccable customer service. I was impressed by the change in quality service. From zero to 4 stars! Congratulations!"

"Came here on a Saturday at 9:00. It doesn't matter to wait and understand, breakfast places are busy on Saturday morning. However, this place was not as busy as I have seen it before and decided to lock the doors and other customers had to come to tell us that they are taking more customers?. We had already ordered and paid a lock on the way. We called to ask how we could get our order and were told that we had to come (again no problem, we just shortened to comfort). I had tried to come in, but they closed the doors, so I'm not sure how they expected them to work. Overall a really negative experience, people will understand when there are many customers that their waiting time will be longer, I am not sure how a company plans to make money when they close the doors because they wait 10 customers. Hopefully (and their customers) they find out how to work more efficiently."

"Food is good and the team is pleasant, but it is sometimes a bit messy. I have absolutely no problem for food and what not to wait, but it is extremely frustrating to have your food and continue to wait to checkout because there is no one visiting the register. I don't think anyone would have noticed if we had gone without pay."
