"First time customer 15 minutes ago and I stopped between bites (sort of) to write this. Your sicilian pizza (with onions pepperoni) is by far the best example of what a Sicilian pie should aspire to be. By far the best example I have ever tasted in my life. I loved that you kept it thin and let the toppings balance the crust. The flavors were remarkable and the pepperoni was on point! Cooked to perfection as well where the corners and onions got a bit toasty and crisp but no bite was ever dry. Hold it vertical...nothing slides off. Edge to edge toppings and cheese...this pizza is a masterpiece. You guys got ALL the little things right."
