"Wow! What a great meal! We had the Gnochi and special chicken liver mousse star, then the roasted chicken breast and carrot upper Pesto fattyuccine. The spicy carrot cake with the chicken breast lets me experiment with savory fast breads. Really delicious! Then we had the lemon cello cake and the coffee mygue, both with berries from the Anthill Farm. Now the challenge will be to come there to change all major dishes BEFORE the menu!! Couldn't be physically possible as they adjust the menu to what's fresh from local farms! Dyberry Forks ROCKS!"
