"I wanted this Barbq to be good because of the story and the cool decoration. What a disappointment to say the least. My family once saw our waitress and that was to order our drinks and order our food. We finally got our drinks (which would be our last over 1 1/2 hours) and food from the staff not delivered our waitress. Eating was nothing special, very small portions for the money. We asked our waitress 5 times about our 1 1/2 hour stay for refills and an empty star is all we have. Our waitress was a female and very big with Streak's blue hair, we didn't get her name. I finally had enough and was up to go when the waitress finally noticed us and came by to say that you don't know how to steal. I asked for sparks to her manager what I did and he kept apologising for her saying I don't know what's wrong with her. I feel bad for the owners, bad service and small food portions, and bad quality will finally get them out of business."
