"If your in the mood for Mexican cuisine then this is the place you want to visit. Located in the beautiful Palm Desert, location is great adjacent to the 111 highway with lots of available parking. When you enter the restaurant you really feel like you are down south, the music, the decor to the friendly staff. Quickly seated, drink order taken and the generous pile of fresh chips and salsa! Now I've visited my share of Mexican restaurants looking for that taste, like grandma's, and this is really close. But of course no one could top Grandma. Fajitas are I must try I had the chicken and steak served sizzling! The chile rellenos I would not pass on if you like them and the Posole is fantastic with this homemade broth and very flavorful served with your choice of tortilla. Food was served timely, refills non stop. Now the only downside.....No flan! They have flan just not on this day, actually its so good they claim that they actually run out of it at times. Guess I'll have to come back for flan and the fajitas too! Excellent place, local favorite drop in and support them. Thank you Casa Blanca!!"
