"I will begin to say that it is difficult to find a good eating in san diego, so I really appreciate Nine-Ten for one of the few. this was a return trip for my wife and me, and a first visit for our four friends who joined us. we all met in the tasting menu menu menu menu dinner. the six of us sat on a long table more suitable for eight, which made it difficult to converse in particular with the oppressing noise level. the noise level ruined what was otherwise an excellent experience, hardly in the position to hear each other or to hear the server that describes eating and crying. the food and service was excellent, but not as good as I remember a few years ago. the scallops, trufflepasta and ribeye courses were unforgettable, the other courses could not be so much, but not everyone cursor. the wine pairings were on the place and supplemented the eating and any wine pairing I've ever had. at the end we all enjoyed eating, but eating or experience not worth the $250 price tag per person. I think the attenuation of the noise level would go a long way to increase the value and to withdraw us another time."
