However, during my two-month stint in Houma for the Gulf oil spill, I decided to try Copeland’s in New Orleans. To my surprise, I found a fantastic steak that completely disproved my skepticism about finding good meat in this area. Once a week, I treated myself to the best steak I've ever had, served by an incredibly charming waitress named Brooke. It was an experience not to be missed. To top off my meal, I had the Bananas Foster, which Brooke personally brought to my table – it was divine!
