"Came to San Pedro to go to another restaurant, but the line was so long we decided to try the Crusty Crab instead. I'm glad we made it! The menu seems to be identical to SPFM, but the line was significantly shorter. We arrived after lunch on Saturday. The line started in the parking lot and took about 40 minutes to order the window. You order when looking at the beautiful fresh fish in the case. You give you a number and then you'll find a seat. Our number was called quite fast. A disadvantage is that there is a separate line for drinks. If we had known better, we would divide and conquer once in, if one of us would stay in the food line and get a drink. Life and learning. Food quality and flavors are great. We had a delicious shrimp plate that had so much shrimp. It was buttery and a little sharp. The potatoes and vegetables were a great addition to the shrimps. I even used the garlic bread to suck the juices remaining in the pan. Delicious! I'd love a better view from the port, but it's San Pedro Harbor. If you go for a look, go to the SPFM Long Beach location instead."
