"The dining area was very dirty. Not just dirty tables from customers. The seats were dirty. The window sills were dirty. The entire area was dirty.The dining area needs a good fall cleaning. I can understand tables not being wiped off from customers, when you're busy. But they were not busy. The area where you fill up your pop was very dirty. Not from spills from grine from days and days from not being cleaned. In the area where you get your condiments was very dirty too. And not just normal spills, dirt! I was surprised at how clean the bathrooms were. I really needed to use the washroom and was almost afraid to go in there. But it was satisfactory. It could use a good cleaning also. But it was much cleaner than the entire restaurant. Somebody really needs to clean that place up. I love Long John silver's their food is awesome. And I stopped every opportunity I get, that I'm out that way. Because I live in the Wattsburg area. almost 30 miles from a Long John silver's. Sorry to give you a bad report but your restaurant is filthy. Please clean it up. Sincerely Diane"

"Dining room closed because of Covid. Nothing cooked. No fish ready. Several people waiting at drive through. No people to help. Shortage of employees. Located out in the middle of nowhere. I was lucky to get my 2 hush puppies, no syrup. We spent enough time waiting at Long John Silver's today. Bought 2 small coleslaw. Basically, because of the wait time, husband decided to cook for himself home. We had hoped to bring our sons at Christmas time. Is it possible to order online or by phone and then pickup?"

"Definitely 5 stars food was excellent cooked fresh for us with just about 4 minutes waiting. Managers and employees were super nice. Didn't ask why they didn't show up yet. And they said the staff. People who do not understand the question of personnel and the problem. If you can disregard for people who are friends to serve you the best, they can work without enough people. Be nice to the people who serve you food and talk to them and get to know them instead of complaining about not getting into the din. IMPORTANT is that you do it when you are DINE IN and DON’t CARE about the STAFFING ISSED you are the PROBLEM."

"Went there when they first opened back up, it was good, not great. Went there 2 weeks ago and it was terrible. I will never go back. The prices are ridiculous for what you get. The fish was like a greasy sponge. The fries were rubber, means they weresitting and got dropped again. The hushpuppy. .... no way. Greasy and over cooked. You tear it in half and it's empty almost. Isuggest if you want to stay in business, get new management. I called to talk to the manager but it was the same person whoserved me at the window. Very unfriendly... couldn't answer questions and bluntly said thru the speaker. They could do it butwon't. All I asked for the price of the chicken strips without a meal"

"Downright PISSED OFF with this place. You can't walk in and eat inside. Only allowed inside for mobile ordering/take out. Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes, WITH NO SERVICE OF TAKING MY ORDER. There's a line of 3 cars in front of me. At this rate... I would be for over an hour. I LEFT, DROVE NEXT DOOR AND WALKED INTO WENDY'S AND ATE. I left Wendy's 20 minutes later and the same car that was in front of me, when I left the drive thru, was still there and still had 1 car in front of them."

"This is my second review, as the first one must have been deleted. The lobby doors are open, but you cannot eat in the lobby for some reason. It's not like people are rushing to try the overly greasy fish or the tough chicken strips that seem to have been sitting out for hours. The fries are also disappointing. On the plus side, you can park anywhere without worrying about getting a door ding because there are hardly any other cars parked here. Honestly, I think you should start looking for a new job because this location, as well as the one on Route 30, will likely be closing down in a few months."

"I have visited this restaurant a few times. I used to enjoy Long John Silver's, but the quality of the fish has declined. However, I still enjoy their coleslaw, hush puppies, and some other items. My family probably eats here about twice a year for a quick meal. Our most recent visit was enjoyable, with excellent decor and service. I tried a deep-fried Twinkie, which was not very impressive, but the fish was well-cooked. I like to have mine with malt vinegar to keep it crispy."

"That was my first visit to this place. There are not many of them in the castle. The store was dated, but it was all I was looking for. Wife's request for Super today was over 90 degrees out. I can only imagine tge on the back of the Friyers. The crew was happy and helpful. I'd really appreciate her. The food was the usual fat that was expected and sought. Comfort food made right!"

"Do not ever order from this restaurant. The fries were soggy and cold, and my Chocolate Sundae (Regular) was melted. The delivery driver mentioned that it was sitting on the counter and melted when he arrived. The chicken was not very good, but the Popcorn Shrimp and corn were tasty."
