"What is the point to be on OpenTable when nobody knows you take reservations? We were told, "We don't take reservations, just find a table, moving chairs around if you need". Server was terrible never cracked a smile. Her name was Lillie, I think. We sat upstairs, beautiful view of Wrigley Field. The food was delivered immediately and tasted well. I can only say positively. The bill was handled electronically and I was told by our server that she can't print a quinces from the top bar and gave me her name, table to take down. That was also a joke because the friendly bartender couldn't find the check. Ah! We're probably gone! No way back"
