"We went to an elopement and took 8 friends who drove a long way to dinner/flog. The location was nice and the food was amazing. Scott was our host and did a fantastic job. Everyone enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. The grill was very busy, but I guess that was to be expected when the food was so good. The shrimp and lobster bisque were the best I ever had. If you make a reservation!"

"Me and my friedn came for dinner. The Pan Roasted Haddock was tender and satisfying without being heavy. The rice was perfect. The Martini glasses were a decent size and my drink was above average (pear martini). My friend tried the Buffalo Chicken with Mac Cheese and it was fairly good, mildly spicy. The service was prompt and courteous. It was a Friday evcening and not very crowded surprisingly. The prices were resonable. I would definitely go back, very cute place."

"The Water Bar is a nice add to the Sparks area but is not an inexpensive restaurant. We took 3 special friends here for a dinner. It was their first time at the Water Bar. The service was excellent, the appetizers were very tasty but 3 of the 5 main entrees were well below acceptable. All 3 were the filet mignon and all 3 were horribly over cooked. We were very disappointed."
