"The customer service was amazing. We were running late due to the holiday traffic and they held the table for 30 minutes. The staff was very informative and friendly and service was prompt. We had the unlimited champagne tea service and my glass was never empty. The food was good expected for afternoon tea. The noise level was ok but the experience overall wasn’t as fancy as I expected. Maybe because it was crowded during the holidays. Overall I would totally recommend the afternoon tea for everyone to try once. The hotel itself is beautiful."

"I came here for my sister’s 30th Birthday. I booked in advance and found a groupon (through other recommended reviews). I called in advance to confirm two vegetarian afternoon tea sets. They request at least 24 hours in advance for dietary requirements. One star down for poor low average sandwiches. The bread was not good and the cream cheese cucumber sandwiches were skimp.
