"This particular store has been in the neighborhood for a long time so this store will need to upgrade the heating system the cooling system maybe it just like I said it needs to be gutted out and remodeled and maybe bigger and better parking lot for them as well because I see cars getting scraped up and everything like that when I'm and I'm coming out the parking lot"
