"The food came out luke warm. Great flavor but not hot enough. They were busy so I will take that as a good reason. Our waitress wouldn't even get one star. Amy was rude. We were sat at a table that actually rocked back and forth when we asked if she could do something about it she told us she didn't know. Fair enough then go ask someone else what can be done...didn't happen. I asked another waitress and she offered us to move to the next table which we did. We were eating and the people in the booth next to us left. Silverware were put on the table before it was wiped. Amy came over with her cloth and wiped around the silverware. I told another worker and he recleaned the table. Amy asked if we wanted more drinks my husband and I answered no but our friends were thinking about it she didn't give them a chance to answer and said again DRINKS!! When we paid I complained to the young man and he said ya sometimes she is in a bad mood Well then (Karen) I mean Amy you should stay home and not take it out on paying customers. Ok done venting...usually our experiences here are good ones. However today Amy happened!!!"

"Service is absolute garbage. Place is near my house and one of the few restaurants delivered in the pandemic. Of course I ordered them regularly. You made little mistakes before, but nothing I couldn't handle, so I let it slip. But after this day I will not eat there anymore. How do you make a salad? How can you forget any vegetables that should be included with salad BUT of salad? And in addition, if you are aware of this error, how is the answer not as easy as we replace it. Instead, I was given the feeling that the mistake was MY FAULT, and even at worst I was told that I could go back there to get the missing vegetables... Lol. I should leave a SECOND time to get the veggies you forgot. Okay, don't worry. No more spending my money where it's not worth it. I will find a new family restaurant with much better service. But if you eat here, check your food first. Trust me, they have to screw something up. Smh."

"We had an amazing experience at the Front Porch yesterday. I thought that a reservation would not be required and was not correct for prime dinner hours. We were offer a high top in the bar area but went to the bar instead and that turned out to be perfect. The bartender was very gracious, friendly and made fanastic featured drinks that you should try on your own. Sal, the Chef, prepared mahi mahi with crab imperial that is to die for. That was on top of homemade cabbage and bacon along with potatoes. My wife had New York strip with crab scampi that was very good. All was delivered by Sal and when he returned to the bar area, we complimented him on the awesome meals. All other employees were very friendly as they chatted with us as the created custom drinks for their patrons. I can't wait to back back and highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. "I just had THE BEST EVENING OUT in a very long time. GREG the host was an absolute joy. Hilarious and engaging. Nia was our bartender and she was attentive, sweet, and her service was top notch!! "The menu looks delicious, however, the execution is lacking. Our table ordered the pancake board which was beautiful and delicious, it was a fun treat for the kids. Our server was very kind and attentive. The restaurant had a mothers day gift (a plastic tumbler cup with straw), which was a nice touch, although not my personal choice. Of our meals, our poached eggs were either fully hard, or barely cooked at all which was disappointing. My husband ordered Shrimp and Grits. There were about 4 overcooked shrimp...and no grits. It was served over potatoes...so either they gave us someone else's substitute meal or the kitchen wasn't on the same page about their meal offerings. Our server did bring out grits which were very good. One of our water cups tasted and smelled like last night's beer indicating the cup was dirty. And the bellinis were mostly champagne with a small bit of fruit puree in the bottom of the glass, with a maraschino cherry. The server was again, very kind and replaced the water cup promptly. Overall the food was just ok and we probably will not return, but our service was good."

"You are paying for the view. That’s it. Server was good. The prime rib was not great. They grilled it on each side? Not how prime rib is cooked. Mashed potatoes which I normally love, I took 3 bites. That was enough. The food was fine but at $50 a plate it should be amazing. It was not. Don’t regret trying it but I wouldn’t go back."

"Simply put, it was a typical diner experience. I went late night, so I never expect over the top service, but the service was good, everyone was friendly. The food wasn't great, but it wasn't bad either. Fairly average I would say. They had a good selection and fair prices. I'd definitely go back if I'm looking for some breakfast food late night."

"The food here is delicious. It's just that service is pretty slow. The line to order moves slowly as well as actually getting your food. I'm not sure if they need to hire more people or if it's just the process. The food is awesome. It's just hard to wait that long. It's literally a 2 minute walk from my job. I placed a togo order and waited and waited and waited. It took 17 minutes to get it! Once I got back to my office and ate it, the food was awesome. I ordered a chicken club w/fries. It was so yummy. It's one of the one places downtown that has fries but it might not be worth the wait. Unless I start calling it in."

"I had a 10 ounce prime rib and it was so tough chewing it was hilarious. The vegetables that came with it were good. The garlic mashed potatoes were very non-garlic and since they included the peels of the potatoes, there was more peels than potatoes. The waitress didn’t work too hard and was busy visiting with the regulars. This is the kind of place where the regulars hang out on Friday and Saturday nights. Mediocre food, but they have a killer view. Too bad.this place was not better The meal was $38."

"Shrimp appetizer was a disappointment. Pizza was soggy. Truffle fries were excellent. Service was great. Food was not. My husband and I enjoyed happy hour and brunch and I was excited to bring my daughter here for dinner. It was okay but lots of room for improvement."
