"We had to ask four times to receive our order, which was two fish sandwiches. Unfortunately, it still wasn't correct as we only wanted tartar sauce. Despite the mix-up, the food was hot and fresh. I decided to eat it anyway so as not to waste it. Surprisingly, we received our meal for free and the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, making up for the mistake. This exceptional service is why I am giving them 5 stars."
