"I've wanted to try HSH since I moved into the neighborhood last fall, and boy am I glad I finally made the time! We arrived at the very tail end of Sunday brunch, but were greeted warmly by Donna, and seated right away. Given the late hour, the kitchen was understandably out of some items, but we were very happy with what we ordered: pancakes, French toast, yams, turkey bacon and a really delicious raspberry iced tea that Natalie made. (Don't bother asking for the recipe... she's not telling! :)It's easy to overlook this place because of where it's located a strip by City College without much foot traffic but it's absolutely worth making yourself acquainted with this block of Amsterdam Avenue (between 135th and 136th).We'll definitely be back to try everything else.
