"it was Friday night and we were in a position to last minute reservations here, which was surprising. the hostess sat in our inner, which was great. the restaurant was only half full. the menu choices looked great and we were happy to try it for the first time. twenty minutes went by and no one even brought water or recognized us, although we were aware that we were sitting there without being helped. unnecessary to say, we went straight out and went straight to geditious time restaurant where they sat immediately and we ate within 30 minutes. I understand now why we were in the situation, reservations in the last minute as well as why rosie was half empty on a Friday night . the management must work on the service if they will survive remain open. there are too many other possibilities of restaurants and people do not have to submit bad service. if a server had at least recognized that they were right with us, we might have waited further and they could have kept us as new customers. we will not return to this restaurant. badly managed ."
