"We went somewhere else before hand at 7:45 and and they said sorry we are closed even though they closed at 8. We then went to papa murphies at 7:58 and Lauren happily took our order even though the store closes at 8. I have been to so many restaurants recently where they close 15-20 min early. I was so impressed with Lauren and her willingness to serve us up until that last minute even while we were in the store past close. If I ran a restaurant I’d want Lauren to be a manager. I will be coming back just because of the service she provided ."

"We really enjoy ordering our pizzas from this restaurant because the service is quick and they offer a wide variety of unique pizzas that aren't available at other places. We can conveniently call in our order and pay only when we pick it up. They also have a gluten-free crust option. The restaurant is always clean and the staff is friendly."

"I placed an online order at Papa Murphy's and went to pick it up, but ended up waiting for 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging my presence. When I finally inquired about my order, I was told they couldn't make a family size and had to cancel it. The employees were unable to cancel it themselves, so they had to contact the owner. I had already paid online, didn't receive my food, and now have to wait for the owner to cancel the order. This experience was a complete joke. I wasted 20 minutes past my pick-up time trying to get my order and it was the worst experience I've had with Papa Murphy's. I definitely do not recommend this location."

"Good food quickly and easily, they often also have good offers. Seems like with the online ordering system they have on site, it can try quite a lot of confusion and frustration with customers in line to place an order as walk-in. Seems employees have difficulty juggen online orders vs walk-ins. I can order and order online before, but its almost like walking ins or just getting something without first calling or ordering online."

"I recently ordered a pizza online for pick up. When I arrived to retrieve my order, I needed to quickly grab my toddler from the car. A man who was still sitting in his car offered to watch my son while I grabbed the pizza. Despite not knowing him, I trusted his offer and brought my son inside to get our pizza. I later realized that the man was an employee or possibly even the owner of Papa Murphys, as he went behind the counter. I am incredibly thankful for his kindness and it reflects positively on the staff at this restaurant. I will continue to be a loyal customer at this place."

"I stopped by for a quick easy dinner at home. Asked for a special i saw online. they said i had to order online to get the deal. I sat down to order online. thinking the deal would be applied. No deal, I asked the gentleman that it was still the same price. He asked if I put in the promo code? No, I don't have a promo code. Then I found out it is only for the text club. He did give me the discount after all that. Why not do it from the start? 15 min of a waste of my time."

"This place has never gotten the order right. Not once. Then they ask me what I ordered when they have the receipt in hand. I told them they were missing a pizza (every time they leave one pizza off) and they argued, again despite it being on the receipt. They do not answer the phone at all, ever. I dare you to try calling. I called standing inside the store and there was no phone ringing. They turn it off. Pictures are of what was supposed to be an all meat pizza, see any problems with that? I even told them it was all meat because it was the one they forgot this time. The other looks like a medium pizza on a large crust, it isn't fully topped. For the price of a pizza that is cooked and delivered, you have to check them every time and bake it yourself and they want a tip when you pick it up and order online. I've got a tip: get the order right. Just once! Incredibly frustrating. I thought this was a one time thing, then a simple mistake the next time, but they are incapable of getting an order right. Time after time after time. Negative stars."
