"First time visiting this spot. Arrived at 6pm on a Tuesday for beer and burgers. Arrived to a nearly empty building with one other patron in the dining room. No staff were in sight so we decided to sit at the bar. After several minutes of not seeing a single employee, one guy comes walking behind the bar, head down in his phone and just keeps walking. No acknowledgement of our presence or anything. We sat patiently waiting for some service thinking maybe they weren't open yet. The other patron started approaching the bar and looked like she was also trying to get some service. At this point we had been seated at the bar for about 5 minutes without a single staff person in sight. We decided to leave. On our way out, we walked by the office and saw at least 5 employees hanging out and chatting. This was probably the worst first impression I've ever received at a bar and grill. Can't comment on food or drink as we never ordered anything. If this was an indication of their customer service, I won't be going back."
