"Placed an online take out order on a Friday night, 2 hours before scheduled pickup. We got to the restaurant about 15 mins before pickup time, gave the host our name and they said they were still working on it. About 30 mins goes by(15 mins after scheduled pick up time), we ask if they have an update on the orders, host said they would go check. Came back a few mins later and said it was being put together now. There was one other person waiting for an order and one family dining in, no other patrons, so it was not like the kitchen was overwhelmed with orders. 45 mins after the scheduled pickup time the cook comes out and puts it on a table right by the kitchen and walks back into kitchen, I had to go over and get it because the host was nowhere in sight and the person at the bar(I assume manager) was not paying any attention, and never even acknowledged we were there. Based on my interactions with the staff, none of them seemed to care about the customers, except for one younger girl who may have been a server. The food was ok, it was hot and fresh but nothing extraordinary."
