"Went here for the 1st time. We were very impressed with eveything except where we were seated. I absolutely recommend this place. The food was very good. I had the veal cutlet called Alla Lucca it came with spinach, prosciutto, provolone in a white wine lemon sauce. It also came with your choice of pasta. It was delicious and the portions are large which is why I said this place is a good value. My wife had the Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo. Typical item on an Italian menu but she really enjoyed it. Overall the food was great. Our server Jess was fantastic. Ask for her. She was attentive and engaging and knew when we need something and also when we needed private time. She is an asset to the restaurant. Sunday is usually prime rib night but by 6:30 they had run out. Just one complaint our hostess sat us at table 16. Right next to the in and out to the back of the house with only a curtain to cover up the back. The view will ruin your experience. Trust me if they say table 16 tell them to change it. Other then that we will be back!"

"Awful experience. This place has fallen big time. Before changing the name to Saucy Crab this restaurant was called Juicy Crab and the food was good. The service was good as well. Unfortunately the restaurant has gone way down. Ordered the catfish basket and it was just terrible. Clearly not catfish. The fish was old and cheap. After notifying the waitress and staff of the bad fish, they only offered a “sorry you didn’t enjoy it” comment. I will never return to eat at this restaurant location again."

"I 've been in Raps twice and both times was totally disappointed with the way I was treated by the same two bar tenders and their so called manager. I 've owned my own bar and have never treated my customers the way these jerks treat people. I was there last night for a friends birthday. She called ahead and ask if she should make reservations. They told her only if she had a party of 20 or more. When we got there some of our party had already gotten a table. Well apparently since we were not seated by one of their wait staff they told us we had to move. The place wasn 't full. Many open tables. We went to the bar to wait for a table. We were there for 1 1/2 hours and never got a table. While at the bar I bought three shots. It cost me $18 dollars. The shots were not top shelf. I politely asked the bar tender why the shots were so much. Well that was apparently enough of reason to go to her manager . He came over and told me I was cursing at his bartenders. Totally not true. He was actually trying to start something with me. I twice turned away from him and ignored him. He continued to try to start something. I have never in my life been at a place where they treat their paying customers so rudely and will never go there again. The place isn 't all that to begin with. We all got up and went over to The Ice house. They seated us immediately and we all had wonderful meals and were treated very well by their wait staff. We all enjoyed magic by Chuck and our waitress, Melody, was great."

"This was our second time trying the new Lakehouse. Ordered a frozen drink from bar. The one blender in the whole place was broken so not available. Food was mediocore. Not horrible, not great. Just sad this location is excellent, but can't get management in here to supply excellent food and the ambiance together. It is convenient for us but nothing to write home about."

"We waited for 15 minutes to get our drink order. 10 minutes later, they brought the wrong drinks. 15 minutes later, no drinks and no waiter. They never did ask for our food order. They were not even busy. Completely inattentive. We left after telling the manager we would not be back. We won't go there again."

"I went here for my birthday and had a great night. The staff was very nice and the prices of the drinks and food were reasonable. Some of the décor could use a little tlc (just a little paint touch ups) but it was still nice. Overall I would definitely come back again. This is my honest non biased review."
