"This spacious restaurant, with both indoor and outdoor seating, is beautifully designed and located next to the hotel in the renovated cork/bottle cap factory complex known as Urban Place. They utilize Open Table for reservations, making it easy to book a table. The menu clearly labels vegan options, which is a welcome change from the usual confusion between V and VG on most menus. We opted for all the vegan dishes except the Impossible burger, as we prefer not to eat messy burgers in a more upscale setting. The edamame dumplings were a standout, showcasing creativity and great flavor. The soup special, a vegan tomato orzo, was also a hit. The pasta with fancy mushrooms was delicious, though we wished there were more mushrooms as we are fans. The cheese on the pasta seemed to be shaved Violife parm, which we enjoyed. The ambiance was cozy and laid-back, with attentive service from Mike. It was refreshing to have a variety of drink options that complemented the plant-based food. The wine pours were generous, and we appreciated the range of dress among diners. We look forward to returning to try the fall menu. Despite the upscale setting, prices were reasonable, and our bill for two drinks and four menu items came in under $100 before tip."
