You take the menus from each customer provided that their hands are clean when entering the same gloves (nasty), snap ink pins, use knives and then grab dirty anger to wipe off surface areas and utensils in the same gloves? I've seen them drink beer, eat their personal tacos and so on in the same gloves! With the same gloves! Trifling! The fact that the males touch all these menus and then give them the cook and then grab them and prepare all?s food is a bad business model! I saw a guy coming out of the bathroom, grabing a menu to fill his order and give it to a cook. The boss grabs it and starts to make his food and others? Don't you believe me?
