"I first tried Ziggy’s at the 21st st location about a month ago for a birthday lunch and it was some of the the best pizza I’ve ever had. However, the 13th st location was a terrible experience for us. We went in on St Patties day around 7 pm. They didn’t appear to be extremely busy. Upon entering the restaurant we were not greeted and we weren’t sure if we needed to wait to be seated or if we could seat ourselves. Finally one of the waitresses told us we could seat ourselves wherever. It took about 10 minutes to get menus to our table and another 5-10 for our drink orders to be taken. Our waitress didn’t ask us if we wanted any appetizers or anything but I stopped her and ordered one as she was walking away. Drinks and appetizer came out at a fairly reasonable time but this is where things went south. It appeared our waitress only had 3 other tables other than ours. She passed our table on multiple occasions going to her other tables but did not stop to take our order, ask if we needed drink refills (my husband did) or even glance in our direction. She was hanging out and would disappear behind the bar, and was on her phone. After 45 minutes or so of waiting for our order to be taken we’d had enough. My husband was getting money out to cover our drinks and appetizer so we could leave when our waitress finally came back ready to take our order. At that point we were extremely irritated and just asked for our ticket so we could leave."
