"This will be my second 2 time ordering from this restaurant and using their square menu link. I ordered my food $47 worth at 8:30pm. They said it’ll be done at 9:20pm. I get to the restaurant at 9:20 on the dot and this guy that supposedly works there was just sitting at the bar watching the basketball game proceeds to tell me that he canceled my order. I never got any email or phone call from either square or the restaurant since they had my information as well . He then tells me they don’t have Mac and cheese, yams or fish…. So I walk out looking to see if I have a pending refund on my card and I do thank the lord. I go on with my day and see on Instagram they posted a plate of food with Mac, yams and fish….so just how they run business and played with my time I don’t think I’ll be back. Customer service and word of mouth goes a long way :"
