"I’m taking away a star because of the rude waitress when we walked in the door. We had reservations (not needed). The restaurant was completely empty and the hostess went to sit up at a table (we had a baby in a car seat) and some female waitress from behind the bar starts saying “not right there it’s reserved.” She keep saying it and her tone was not kind. The hostess was apologizing. My family and I looked confused and just wanted to be told where we could sit in this EMPTY restaurant. A gentleman had walked from behind the bar and apologized again. I think he noticed our expressions from the uninviting waitress. I stated I would just like to know where we can sit so we can sit down. Her rudeness really changed the entire energy. Our waitress Michelle was sweet. Now the foodamazing!! We had the calamari for an appetizer and it was really good. Not heavily breaded. I ordered a seafood platter and everything was cooked to perfection. My partner and my mom also enjoyed there dishes as well. Ordered a margarita that was good as well. Didn’t care for my partner’s sangria though. Portions are a decent size you won’t have enough to take any home. Food was great and it’s hard to find places with delicious food. They have it. But not sure if we will return since it may be unclear if seating will be an issue."

"Received a gift card and was excited to try out Rio Grande in the Lonetree location. Ordered chicken fajitas and 3 tacos. All food was served just barely warm and did not taste like it was prepared fresh. Very disappointing- especially considering the price point. We were glad that we had a gift card to use and considered it a “free meal”."

"Very energetic, lively and atmospheric. The food was excellent. Some of the best Carnitas I had. I love how it is cooked and served in an individual size cast iron pan embellished with onions below. My friend's short rib echiladas were also very good. The meat was so delicate and tasty and we loved what the pungent taste of the goat's cheese brought to the party. Excellent court. The service could be improved. I understand that many restaurants are still short staff, but do not come to remove our appetizer plates for 20 minutes while waiting for our main dish is a bit too inattentive for me. I also noticed some other tables with empty/dirty plates before them for too long. Apart from this correction problem, I would definitely recommend Cha's!"

"We’ve had many family gatherings ,get togethers and employee parties at joshuas they have excellent desserts and the bar area is really great we’re not related to anyone there and even went to joshuas when it was downtown,they truly care and the food is the best .plus they are here for the long haul and the service and staff have been highly dedicated.they don’t seem to have a high turnover just xtra help in summers. We just went recently with all the requirements in place they were above and beyond ."

"We selected this restaurant because they did take a reservation. The Holiday week in Summit is packed and hard to find a table. We were seated right away. Nice round table for 5. Gucamole and queso dip were GREAT! Margs were good too....plenty strong . The server seemed good....but so busy we didn't see much of her. We were all pretty disappointed with the food. Wouldn't go back except for happy hour."

"We ordered the 36 oz 45 day aged Rib Eye. It is not worth $225. For $225 , first visually it was a mess. Secondly we could not see the cut of meat. for $225 the cut/meat should be showcased. It should be a center piece. Also, it was pre sliced which is always a disappointment. There was an excessive amount of fat and a sinew throughout. One of our guests had the skirt steak which was much better value. For $225 the reaction at the table should be wow not what?? After spending a total of $700, walked away very disappointed. Hope this will help them to be better."
