"I had the Ultimate Exotic Burger, the burger itself was too charred so it ruined the experience with this burnt taste, there was nothing crispy or crunchy about the lobster, it had a sauce I dont remember being in the description and no slaw. So I dont even think I got the burger I ordered although my name was on the bag. On top of that, the food overall arrived just warm enough to not be called cold. Room temperature. Even with being at the edge of the ice age, I will say the crispy fries stayed impressively crispy."
