"Best meal we 've had thus far in Bar Harbor. Everyone expects you to want seafood when in Maine but it can get a bit old when every restaurant sells pretty much only seafood. The chicken in tarragon sauce was delicious, mashed potatoes that were not dry, the clam chowder was better than the lobster bisque he had down the street according to my fiancé. The onion rings are so tasty and not those big thick gross ones but the nice thin crispy ones. Great service and atmosphere. Our waitress, Kristin, was very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend trying the West Street Cafe, you won 't be disappointed."
