"Wonderful surprise on our long drive from Kansas City to Denver. Our server, Addison, was friendly, chatty and yet knew when to leave us alone. She was kind, prompt with our requests and served with aplomb. It’s a lovely cross between white linens, excellent food (the Trout Almandine was delicious) and casual grace.
