"I don't even know how I forgot to write my review on this restaurant and the service that we had here this is the place that made our little trip to New York worthwhile despite the weather and everything else that was going on these people had the best service outstanding personalities these young ladies were very attentive and amazingly nice it's really hard to find good service The food was amazing the fried broccoli the j shrimp macaroni and cheese the collard greens was amazing we went to Georgia in October and I was so disappointed that I ate the same foods and it was disgusting and horrible look like these people from New York need to go down south and show them how to really make some good soul food My only issue is the rice very very hard I always tell people make friends with Haitian so they can show you how to make some good rice"

"We came on the lunchtime around 1pm on a Wednesday on the shady and sketchy side of the restaurant because its the only part of it that is open at this time. The place is bad and the food tastes like cheap buffet. No air conditioner and outside feel cooler than inside. 2 plates to go 50$ for the portion served is absolutely expensive. I felt I was in a third-world country. Ready for some heart attack or stroke? The food is TOOOOO SALTY like sea water"
