"I 've had the pleasure to dine at all three Gibson 's restaurants. Before last night, ALL three delivered. Last night was no bueno : Service was slow and interrupted. My 10 oz filet wasn’t cooked medium, it was rare. It had to go back to the kitchen for more fire. Two tables down from our table, a guest was in angry conversation w/others at his table. No fun! For the high end price paid for our meal, it didn’t deliver the Gibson’s value, quality taste, and experience I’ve known from previous dinners at Gibson’s. It missed the “wow factor”!"
