"We waited over an hour for our food. When flagging down the manager and and told him how long we waited and that 3 tables that sat down after us already received there food. He did not apologize just told us that they were short staffed. Being short staffed did not explain why they got served first. To add insult to injury our waiter told us that the manager was giving us a free desert for our trouble BUT only 2 desserts. There were four of us. That just upset us more. "I would have given this place one star but the waitress's were excellent. The biscuits were burnt, the food was substandard. I was told they had a new cook and he wasn't that great. We waited almost two hours to be seated. It appeared that they were understaffed because there were many empty tables the entire time we were there. "I was disappointed in the food, they only make Pot Roast on Sundays, we were there on a Monday, and myself and 1 of the 2 other adults (also had 2 kids with us) got sick when we got home. The gift shoppe was awesome, lots of unique gifts."
"No concept of food safety or basic public hygiene CLARIFICATION: The Cracker Barrel Company's POLICY is a lack of food safety and basic public hygiene, and they don't pay their lifeblood wait staff even half the legal minimum wage when they're the ones doing most of the work risking their long-term health just to keep this place open. Shame on this brand."

"I've had Cracker Barrel many times and it's been great! But unfortunately this wasn't a great experience at this store. This was my first time at this location. The food took a long time to come to us, the server wasn't very attentive, and the food was not it's usual quality. We had to really watch out for our server just to get a to go box. It was a busy day and time of day, so this may have made it more challenging for the staff."
"It doesn't matter what Cracker Barrel we go to, they never cook my eggs like I want them, even after explaining it to the server. Our service was great and the other food was good."
"We have been to this location and the staff are always very kind and service is great. I had the country chicken and it was delicious. I also had the chocolate coca cola cake and I was so good, I will for sure get that again!"
